Observation tower with visitor pavilion for 80 people

Infotower:  
Shell: Steel construction
  Foil facade which acts as a backdrop for multimedia projections
  Dimensions: longest side dimensions approx. 12 m on a triangular base.
Height: 32m
  Central utility service shaft (solid construction) with 1 lift and an external steel staircase winding around the core
Two observation platforms: Covered observation platform: 60 m²
  Open observation platform: 60 m²
GFA (gross floor area): 343 m²
GCV (gross cubic volume): 2.720 m³
Total GFA: 530m²
Total GCV: 3.500m³

Visitor pavilion:  
Shell: Steel construction
