Section III.2.2) Economic and Financial Capability, 4), calls for audited annual financial statements for the last three full fiscal years. If these have not yet been completed, is it sufficient to provide the key financial data without an auditor’s report?
If so, which specific data should be furnished?
If not, how can this requirement be met?


Answer Flughafen Berlin Schoenefeld 2.1
As set out in the published invitation to tender under III.2.2) - 1.1.3, details of balance-sheet figures, turnover, annual net profit and borrowed capital must be submitted for the last three full fiscal years.
This means that no provisional balance sheets may be submitted. In this case, the applicant must submit the completed balance sheets for the years 2004 to 2006.
