Under item III.1.4), professional indemnity insurance cover of 10 million euros for personal injury, material damage and financial loss is detailed as a special condition for execution of the contract. Does the awarding authority envisage project-specific insurance cover of 10 million euros being taken out upon the contract being awarded? Is it sufficient to furnish proof of separate indemnity insurance policies each providing cover, for example, of 5 million euros for personal injury and 5 million for material damage and financial loss?

"It is described under item VI.3) that the declarations and documentation required under items III.2.1 to III.2.3 must be submitted "stating the relevant reference number". Does this mean that each of these documents/sheets must be labelled '242169-2007.

The reference number of the award procedure is 'A 33001129' (see item IV. 3.1 or the invitation to tender) and must be stated only once, in the reference line of the covering letter to the tender application.

It is explained under item II.2.1) that planning services including such necessary for project approval must be provided. Is it already foreseeable today that a planning approval procedure will be necessary for this project, or merely an application for modification of the existing planning approval?

Can the part-performance “master planning” already be specified in greater detail so that conclusions can be drawn as to the necessary composition of the bidding consortium?
