Our company would like to participate in the above tender. As we were already successful in prequalifying to bid for installation services in 2008, we would like to know whether we need to submit the full details and go through the formalities detailed under points III.2.1), III.2.2) and III.2.3) once again or whether our previous prequalification also applies to this package.

As stated under VI.3 of the invitation to tender, reference to previous applications is not sufficient. For your application to be successful, therefore, you should submit all declarations and proofs specified for this tender.

In order to be able to meet the conditions for participating in the above-mentioned tender, we kindly request further information about the exact details that should be contained in the required financial status report from the bank about our payment history. Do you provide specific forms or details or stipulate other minimum requirements for the content of the bank’s financial status report?

In reply to your above question, we would like to inform you that the financial status report to be submitted is the type of financial status report usually issued by the appropriate companies for such purposes. As set out in the invitation to tender, the financial status report should contain details of your payment history. For all other details, please refer to the text of the invitation to tender. The awarding authority does not provide forms for financial status reports.
