Requirements

Requirements for registration

• Every training course participant is required to submit a liability waiver declaration at the start of the course.
• Basic fire-fighting training (BF/FF training)
• Valid breathing apparatus suitability certificate G26
• Complete fire-fighting protective clothing, meeting the standard of the delegating service
• A responsible Officer in Charge (team/group/staff/vehicle supervisor)
• Own certified breathing apparatus and masks
• Own fire tender, if possible

The following facilities can be provided on request and agreement:

• Refilling of third-party breathing apparatus
• Provision and refilling of FTAZ-owned breathing apparatus PA94ND
• Provision of a fire tender 1 LF/LHF
• Provision of a portable fire pump
• Hoses and fittings can be provided at no extra cost.
