Wireless Internet services at Berlin airports

The Internet services at Tegel airport are provided by a radio network (WLAN) located in the check-in building. If you are situated in this area and would like to access a website, you will be automatically welcomed on the home page of our partner’s WLAN portal. You will then be able to select a provider and how you are going to pay.
This service can only be used if your PC is equipped with a wireless LAN card.

Online fees and other contract terms

You can find the online fees and all the other general conditions in the provider’s terms of contract and general terms and conditions of business.
You can only lodge any legal claims related to the agreement reached between the provider and you with the provider in question. You may not lodge any claims related to the provider agreement with Berlin Airports.
