Brrr, it’s freezing again here. I just hope it won’t be much longer before warmer weather returns. A short trip to Thailand or maybe Mombasa would be fantastic just now. I could warm up properly there for once. Sadly, I don’t have the time. I am needed on the BBI construction site because even in these Siberian temperatures, work here hasn’t ground to a halt. At least the ITB travel fair is just around the corner. I’m particularly looking forward to it this year.

If you would like to meet me there, come along to our stand in Hall 13, which is all about the future BBI airport. There will be plasma television screens with images of the progress we’re making on site and how the new airport will look once it’s finished.

If you don’t find me at the stand, I will probably be taking a stroll around the world of travel. The organisers are expecting 11,000 exhibitors from 180 countries to be at the fair. One country I will definitely be taking a look at is Jordan, a tourist destination that will be in the new flight schedule from Berlin in June 2011.
