Technical matters

In order to use this service, the following settings are required on your WLAN card and browser:

WLAN card settings

• WLAN cards come with default settings that work automatically with our system.
• Our access points accept all equipment that meets the 802.11a/b/g standard.
• Should you nonetheless have problems with our WLAN, please make sure that you have entered "Hotspot-SXF" as your SSID (network name).
• The IP address and DNS server address will be set automatically (activate DHCP).

Browser settings

Here are the browser settings for Internet Explorer x.x and Mozilla x.x. Settings for other browsers are made in a similar manner.

• Deactivate proxy server
• Activate JavaScript
• Accept cookies (security level: low)
