The capital region is fast becoming one of the most important air traffic locations in Europe. With traffic almost doubling between 2005 and 2015 (to 29.5 million passengers), the region's development is better than most competitors. And there is even more potential for further growth – especially in long-haul and niche markets.
For example, 59 per cent of passengers are still flying indirectly to overseas destinations. In addition, demand in the premium segment remains high with 191,000 passengers per year heading for Berlin.
Many of the unserved routes have outstanding potential compared with the rest of Europe. We'd be only too happy to analyse the potential of a certain route for you.
