Win tickets for the last flight over Berlin from TegelBerlin, 07.03.2012
With just three months to go until the opening of Berlin Brandenburg Airport, the new BER website is going online at http://preview.berlin-airport.de. The redesigned website will be presented to the public for the first time at the world's biggest travel trade show, the ITB. The website has been completely revamped, revealing a new and colourful visual identity of fresh bright orange-red and classic deep purple.
The Berlin Brandenburg Airport website is primarily aimed at four target groups: travellers, business partners, companies and the press. The target group information provided under each section is clearly arranged and well structured. For example, the travellers section contains a wealth of information on arrivals and departures, travelling to and from the airport, airport facilities and services, shops and restaurants, the excitement of airports, the travel destinations Berlin and Brandenburg, as well as travel bookings.
To mark the launch of the new website, Berlin Brandenburg Airport is organising a competition: "boarding cards" containing information on the new website will be handed out at the ITB. Each "boarding card" will feature a ticket number that is concealed on the BER website and must be entered into Facebook. The prize will be a ticket for two for the last flight over Berlin.
The current website of the Berlin airports Schönefeld and Tegel www.berlin-airport.de will remain online until 2 June 2012. At the same time, the BER website will be updated and completed. Users of the new website are now invited to take part in a survey of the new site.
