Nonstop to Nantes with Transavia France from 21 DecemberBerlin, 11.12.2012
Starting 21 December, the French low-cost airline Transavia France will be flying twice a week from Berlin-Tegel to Nantes. The flights to France’s sixth-biggest city will depart on Mondays and Fridays. Transavia France is the only airline that offers a direct link between the two cities. The route will be operated with a Boeing B737-800 aircraft with 186 seats.
The native city of the author Jules Verne hosts a wide range of small and large cultural events throughout the year. A special highlight is a 50 ton and 12 metre high elephant made of steel and wood which marches along the Loire quays. Architecture fans will love wandering around and exploring the medieval Quartier Bouffay, where the countless small restaurants and bars are perfect for enjoying a spot of savoir-vivre.
