airberlin’s Christmas plane is back in the air26.11.2013
Entitled “Flying home for Christmas”, airberlin has this year again launched its big annual Christmas campaign. On 21 November 2013, the airberlin Christmas plane landed for the first time this year at Tegel Airport. Until January the Christmas plane D-AMBA with its festive livery will be flying on routes in Germany and throughout Europe.
The flight schedule of the Christmas plane can be found on www.airberlin.com/weihnachten. As a special festive treat, mulled wine will be served on all airberlin flights between Germany, Austria and Switzerland after 4:00 pm and sweet Christmas snacks will be offered. The popular airberlin chocolate hearts are also back in a special edition with a ribbon to hang them on the Christmas tree. As in previous years, passengers can also fly their Christmas tree free of charge with airberlin.
Follow the airberlin Christmas plane and post your most creative photos on facebook, twitter or instagram. The three best photos will each win an airberlin ticket voucher for two on the Cityshuttle. For more details and conditions, visit
