Fly Germanwings to PalermoBerlin, 10.04.2015
As of 11 April 2015, German airline Germanwings is offering two new weekly connections between Berlin and the Sicilian capital Palermo. The aircraft departs from Tegel every Tuesday at 11.20 a.m., arriving at the airport in Palermo at 1.50 p.m. The return flight leaves Palermo at 2.25 p.m. and lands in Berlin Tegel at 4.55 p.m. On Saturdays, Germanwings flies from Berlin at 2.30 p.m. and arrives in Sicily at 5 p.m. The return flight departs at 5.35 p.m., arriving in Tegel at 8.05 p.m. The flight takes 2 hours and 30 minutes on all flight days.
Falcone–Borsellino Airport lies on the northern coast of Sicily, 35 kilometres to the west of Palermo. As the island’s cultural centre, the fifth-biggest city in Italy attracts countless visitors every year with many sightseeing attractions such as churches, baroque palaces and museums.
