With Transavia from Berlin to Munich30.05.2016
Transavia now flies twelve times a week from Berlin-Schönefeld to Munich. The new low-cost service significantly expands the choice of domestic German services from Schönefeld. The airline will be operating the route twice daily from Monday to Friday in the morning and the evening. On Saturdays and Sundays the flight leaves once daily in the morning. The flight times during the week are coordinated to the needs of business travellers, and at the weekend they are perfect for spontaneous city breaks. Transavia will be operating the Berlin-Munich service with a B737-800 aircraft with 189 seats. The subsidiary of the Air France/KLM Group also flies daily (except for Saturdays) from SXF to Rotterdam/Den Haag.
Munich Airport is situated roughly 30 kilometres from the city centre and is easily reached via the A 92 motorway. The S-Bahn train lines S1 and S8 connect the airport with the city centre and run every ten minutes.
