Right on time for the White Nights

As of June, Aeroflot is offering two weekly connections from Berlin to St Petersburg
The Russian airline Aeroflot is now adding the non-stop connection Berlin–St Petersburg to its flight schedule.

Two flights a week will be operated to Russia's second-largest city on Mondays and Thursdays respectively, departing from Berlin-Schoenefeld at 12.30 p.m. The A319 will land in St Petersburg after a flight duration of just under 2.5 hours. Flights from St Petersburg will depart on the same weekdays at 9.45 a.m.

The new connection means passengers can now choose from a wide range of flights to St Petersburg. Aeroflot is already the fourth airline to operate flights to this destination – a clear sign of the growing popularity of the Russian metropolis. St Petersburg attracts many tourists, especially in the summer months when they come to experience the "White Nights", in which the sun never quite sets.

The new connection is an important step for Berlin Airports in further expanding its role as a hub to Eastern and Central Europe.

Flights can be booked at www.aeroflot.de or on +49 30 6091-5372.
