Breakfast in Allgäu

28.06.2007
Starting today, TUIfly is operating daily return flights from Berlin-Tegel to Memmingen
TUIfly, the airline of the TUI Group originating from the amalgamation of Hapagfly and HLX, has now added a new domestic flight from Berlin-Tegel to its flight schedule. As of 28 June 2007, flights will link Berlin to the Bavarian airport Memmingen, departing twice a day from Monday to Friday and once a day every Saturday and Sunday. A 148-seater Boeing 737-300 will be operated on this route, flying travellers to and from Bavaria's southernmost airport.

With the Memmingen junction (A7 and A96) and long-distance train connections at Memmingen train station, the new airport in Memmingen has good transport connections and is only around 70 km (approx. 43 miles) from Lake Constance. Memmingen is located in Allgäu in one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany, and thanks to the new connection, is now just a short trip away.

Flights can be booked at www.tuifly.com or on 0900-1099-595.
