New Air Berlin flights from Berlin to Gdańsk and Graz01.05.2010
Air Berlin is operating four flights a week from Berlin to Gdańsk. The former Hanseatic city is particularly impressive due to its rebuilt Old Town featuring St Mary’s Church. Gdańsk is also the ideal point of departure for trips to the Polish Baltic coast or historic sites such as Malbork Castle, once home to the German Teutonic Order.
Flights to Gdańsk depart Tuesdays at 9.05 a.m., Thursdays at 9.10 a.m., Saturdays at 8.40 a.m. and Sundays at 10.45 a.m. from Berlin-Tegel and land 70 minutes later in the city on the Baltic Sea. The airline offers return flights from Gdańsk on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10.50 a.m., Saturdays at 10.30 a.m. and Sundays at 12.25 p.m., landing in Berlin-Tegel at 11.45 a.m., 12.50 p.m. and 1.50 p.m.
As of today, Air Berlin is also offering five flights a week from Tegel Airport to Graz. Another city whose Old Town with its 1,000 old buildings make it an attractive destination not only for city hoppers looking to embark on a journey of discovery into the cultural history of Europe. Highlights of the UNESCO World Heritage Site include the palace, the castle mountain and the medieval marketplace with its town hall.
The 70-minute flights to Graz depart on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 12.45 p.m., Saturdays at 1.50 p.m. and Sundays at 11.45 a.m., returning on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 2.55 p.m., Saturdays at 3.55 p.m. and Sundays at 1.55 p.m.
