Winter opening hours BBI Infotower

29.10.2010
BBI Infotower closes at 4 p.m. / airportworld bbi open Monday to Friday / Bus tours also in winter
Summer is over and the days are once again closing in. However, there’s still plenty to see on the BBI construction site this autumn and winter. Just remember that the BBI Infotower closes at 4 p.m. between the beginning of November and the end of February, thus opening daily between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. airportworld bbi will remain open from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

airportworld bbi will remain closed from 24 December until 2 January 2011. The BBI Infotower will close over the holidays (24–26/12/2010 and 31/12/2010–01/01/2011), and the tower will open from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. from 27–30/12/2010.

The two-hour bus tours “Construction site experience” and “Airport experience” will continue to be offered in winter, too. Bookings can be made by calling +49 30 6091-2250 or visiting www.berlin-airport.de.

An area the size of 2,000 football pitches, rolling excavators, thousands of construction workers – the BBI construction site is currently the biggest and most exciting construction site in the capital region and the biggest airport construction site in Europe. In keeping with our motto, “We build, you watch”, Berlin Airports is inviting all those interested to visit the construction site. Our site marketing includes a broad range of entertainment and information activities – from the BBI Infotower to guided tours of the construction site and the “A day at the airport” holiday promotion for children. You can also follow the progress on site from your own home on the Internet via our webcam and construction site diary. For more information, visit www.berlin-airport.de.
