What can I do to prepare for a journey?
Your first point of contact for planning your journey and for finding out about assistance facilities is your travel agent or the airline. An assistance service is ready to help you at Schönefeld Airport. To make use of the service, please register with your travel agent or the airline at least 48 hours before setting off on your journey. The assistance service will help you during all stages of your journey that you pass through at the airport before and after your flight.

I forgot to register with the assistance service when I booked my ticket; will I not receive any assistance at the airport now?
You will of course be provided with assistance at the airport. When you arrive at the airport you should register your request for assistance as soon as possible. To do so, please make your way to one of the help points or to the check-in area or to the passenger information desk in Terminal A.
Where can I park at Schönefeld Airport?
At Schönefeld Airport there are designated and reserved parking spaces available at car parks P2, P4 and P6.You will find further information here .
How do I find my way around Schönefeld Airport?
To ensure your time at Schönefeld Airport is as pleasant as possible, there are contact persons and various resources to assist you in each terminal. In Terminal A there is the central passenger information desk, which is accessible by wheelchair. Furthermore, there are various help points at the airport with a calling facility which you can use to contact the assistance service.

I have a service dog; is it permitted to fly with me?
Yes, of course your dog may fly with you. It will remain with you during the entire trip and will not leave your side even in the passenger cabin.
