East Germany’s biggest and most jovial carnival parade is attracting thousands of visitors in the city centre of Cottbus. More than 3,000 carnival participants divided up in 210 groups are to be expected. They are going to enter the festival with 110 vehicles, 8 carriages and 16 horses.
