Heinemann Duty Free Shop

A wide variety of services will be available across 150 shops, restaurants and service facilities, spanning more than 20,000 square metres at Berlin Brandenburg Airport's Terminal 1. An extensive range of industries will ensure that the various needs and expectations of customers are met – from passengers, meeters and greeters to employees and visitors. Besides international brands, BER Airport will present high-class regional concepts from the retail, restaurant and service sectors.

An airside marketplace measuring approximately 9,000 square metres in size forms the centrepiece of the retail concept in the main terminal.

The Food Court, situated in a gallery, forms part of the marketplace in Terminal 1. Seven different restaurants are based in an area totalling approximately 2,000 square metres. The main focus is on classic fast food, featuring popular options, including regional and international cuisine. Over half of the restaurants in Terminal 1 will present local cuisine from the Berlin-Brandenburg region.

In the non-Schengen area, there are around 1,400 square metres of retail, restaurant and service space.

Over 4,000 square metres of retail, restaurant and service space is also being developed landside. Car rental companies are located on the arrivals level. Available services are rounded off with, among others, the DB Travel Centre, a tourist information centre and cash machines.
