Airport City -
Centrepiece of the airport
Walk into the terminal
Berlin Brandenburg’s new urban service centre is located directly in front of the new terminal: Airport City. The quarter offers an excellent location, a high quality stay and optimal transport connections. The terminal as well as the underground and regional station are directly connected to Airport City and within easy walking distance.
The aesthetics of the quarter are dominated by the high design quality of buildings and open spaces. The heart of the quarter is the centrally located Willy-Brandt-Platz, along which buildings with up to six storeys can be built on variable building plots.
Location for further investment
Further developments include the construction of a 3-star InterCityHotel with 359 rooms. Dietz AG was acquired as an investor for the project.
Airport City offers the best location advantages due to its proximity to the terminal and direct connection to the underground station. The eastern building areas are also located in the visual axis of the central motorway connection leading to the terminal and are therefore particularly noticeable. This gives renowned companies the opportunity to position themselves prominently.
