Business Park Berlin is the largest, continuous commercial park in Berlin with an area of about 109 hectares. Thanks to its location very close to the new Berlin Brandenburg airport, it features excellent transport infrastructure with its own S-Bahn connection as well as good connections to the B 96a, A 113 and A 117. This makes Business Park Berlin an ideal investment location for innovative companies that want to acquire a decisive competitive edge through quick response times and short distances.
Diverse portfolio of commercial space
The entree is predominantly urban, with office, hotel and service use. In the adjoining commercial park to the south, companies with large space requirements will find their new home, e.g. technology and sales, logistic services and manufacturing industry companies. In the eastern section of the park, small plots are available from 3,000 square meters. Presently, expansion of the commercial space is planned to the south, in the Brandenburg region. About 52 hectares of Business Park Berlin have been sold to investors. A 3-star hotel has already started operations in Business Park Berlin, and further projects are about to be realized. Even before the opening of the new airport, the first two sections of a 21,000 m² commercial project, consisting of halls and supplementary office space, will be realized. Resident tenants include, amongst others, well-known companies such as Air Berlin Technik and Tesla.
