Key service
General information
Please contact our key service to request keys, locks and closure authorisations. We handle initial and subsequent applications as well as reports of malfunctions or lost keys. Please note that an application for keys or key cards must be accompanied by a copy of a valid lease. We will be happy to advise you about lock solutions for the fixtures in your premises.
Fees
Applications for keys, closure authorisations, locks and the services provided by the key service are subject to charge. See the current fee schedule “Other Services” of the Berlin Brandenburg Airport for the fees.
Returning keys
Keys and key cards must be returned to the key service immediately if you change offices or companies. Lost keys and key cards must be reported to the key service immediately.
