Ryanair´s new flight destinations from Schönefeld and Tegel


With the start of summer flight schedule, the Irish low-cost airline is expanding its route network. In addition to taking over Laudamotion routes from Tegel, the airline is introducing four new destinations in Europe from both Berlin airports. Ryanair offers around 70 connections from Berlin – 51 from Schönefeld and 19 from Tegel.

New routes from Schönefeld to Brno, Tallinn, Lappeenranta and Banja Luka.

Brno, the second largest city in the Czech Republic, will be flown to twice weekly. Flights to this historic city in the south-east of the country will take place every Thursday and Saturday. Brno has recently become a hotspot for high-tech businesses and start-ups.
• Ryanair flies to the capital of Estonia, Tallinn, every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. This city in the Gulf of Finland is the digital capital of Europe. The old town of this metropolis has been a UNESCO world cultural heritage site since 1997. The flight duration is approximately and hour and a half.
• Ryanair is flying from SXF to Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina on Wednesdays and Sundays. With its hot springs, the town is beloved as a spa and relaxation destination. The city is known as the Green City thanks to its numerous parks and avenues.
• The blue and white planes fly to Lappeenranta, nestled on the shore of Lake Saimaa in the south-east of Finland, every Monday and Friday. Located directly on the Finnish-Russian border, travellers can enjoy not only nature, but also take visa-free trips from here to St. Petersburg or Vyborg in the summer months.

Second Berlin Base in Tegel

With the start of the summer flight schedule, Ryanair has taken over Laudamotion routes in Tegel and has opened a second base in Berlin. The Laudamotion connections to Kefalonia (Greece), Alicante (Spain), Naples (Italy), Paphos (Cyprus) and Rhodes (Greece) will continue to be flown. At the same time, the Irish airline continues to expand their offer and will be flying from Tegel to Alghero (Italy, two times per week), Luxembourg (four times per week), Lamezia Terme (Italy, two times per week) plus Krakow (Poland, daily). In total, the airline flies to 19 destinations from Berlin-Tegel.
