Berlin Brandenburg Airport is served regularly by approx. 75 different airlines. Extraordinary aircraft such as the world's biggest cargo plane, the Antonov An-225, or the biggest passenger aircraft, the Airbus A380, often make guest appearances.

A Lufthansa Airbus A380

A Lufthansa Airbus A380-800 delighted thousands of aviation fans on 3 June 2010 when it landed in Berlin on a training flight. Lufthansa's four-engined wide-bodied aircraft seats 526 passengers in a three-class cabin layout on two full-length passenger decks. The world's biggest passenger aircraft has a range of over 15,000 km when transporting passengers.
