Security Day – Job Fair at Schoenefeld Airport

Nine companies from the security sector will be presenting a selection of job vacancies at Schoenefeld Airport on 13.09.2007 between 2 and 6pm. Sicherheitstag (Security Day) is being organised by Berlin Airports and the public employment agency Potsdam Agentur für Arbeit.

There are openings for aviation security assistants, store detectives and reception staff as well as security staff for airport buildings, centre surveillance and local public transport. Applicants should be at least 18 years of age, have no criminal record and bring their full application documents along with them to the job fair so that initial interviews can be held straight away.

Entrance is free of charge and no prior appointment is required. The employment agency Agentur der Arbeit, tel: 01801/555 111 (3.9 cents/minute on Deutsche Telekom landline), will be happy to answer any questions potential applicants may have.

As sufficient free parking facilities are not available, the use of public transport is recommended. The pay car park P6/P11 is available for those choosing to come by car.
