To and from the airport

Arrival by car

If you are traveling to Schönefeld Airport by car, a number of parking spaces reserved for persons with reduced mobility are available on arrival. These can be found here:

  • Car park P2 (9 parking spaces)
  • Car park P4 (6 parking spaces)
  • Car park P6 (11 parking spaces)

Travelers or visitors with reduced mobility, who have a disabled person's pass with the "G", "aG", "B" or "BL" qualifiers to it, and a blue or orange parking permit are entitled to free parking for up to an hour. To receive the one hour waiting period, please contact airport information in Terminal A with the corresponding documentation.

For longer periods, upon submission of the documents to the parking office in front of car park P4, you receive a 50% discount on the valid parking fees for the respective parking place (P2’s parking fees are based on P1’s prices). Further discounts on charges that have already been reduced for online parking reservations are not possible.

Please place your EU "Blue Badge" or orange parking permit behind your vehicle's windscreen so that it is clearly visible.

Arrival by train

Approach

When arriving by train, follow the signs at the station and then follow the covered walkway to the airport. The monitors installed here will provide you with initial information about departing flights. At the end of the covered walkway, turn left to reach Terminals A and B or turn right to reach Terminal D.

Please note that for your arrival or departure by train, you must request the mobility and support service (PRM-Service) both at the national train service (Deutsche Bahn) as well as at the airport. For this, you should make a detailed plan, as the respective responsibilities of the train service providers are confined to the station.
